Ambassador François Nkuna Balumuene has been appointed by President Joseph Kabila and as the DRC Ambassador in the United States of America, Mr. Balumuene serves as the primary liaison between the U.S. and the DRC Government in Kinshasa aside from having the responsibility of representing the interests of the DRC and strengthening bilateral relations.
